Anyone know what is going on at BetMania? Their live help is not respondsive. It goes straight to email instead of live help. If anyone can fill me in on the status of BetMania it would be appreciated!

I'm sure there's nothing to worry about the boss. Betmania (SBR B-) is part of Main Street Vegas Ltd. whose other books include Skybook (SBR A-) and if my memory serves me correctly - they do not provide 24-hour 'Live Help' via the Internet.
FWIW a friend of mine from the US has just logged-in to his Betmania account and IS able to wager.

It may be something specific to your account rather than that the book has somehow suspended wagering across the board. I just logged in fine and was able to bring up the lines. I have a zero available balance right now, so I couldn’t test it by setting up a bet, but it looks totally normal as far as I could go. No error message or anything about wagering being suspended.
I’m not sure if their phone customer service is open 24 hours, but at the latest you should be able to get things clarified in the morning.SBR Founder Join Date: 12/10/2005

Great news. I called and talked to CS and they had a problem with the software that allowed me to take the game 1 line of the WS without asking for action or listed. When there was a pitching change they just wanted to make sure I still wanted to keep my bet. That is a great job of making sure I was happy with my bet but probably would have been better to call or send an email so I didn't freak out and think I was being banned or robbed! LOL.
I told them to cancel my bet, by the way. I had the under at 8.5 -105 but I thought it would be a slaughter the other way! The meaningless run in the 9th made me happy that Mania took care of me, even if it wasnt exactly the way I would have liked them to handle it.
