This is quite a stretch for a best bet jj ... Per Razz write up, Rutgers is 0-3 lifetime vs. Conn. and Conn. has outscored their opponents 123-7 at home (against much weaker) ... I did like Conn. earlier but am on the fence now ... I'm not sure but I think Conn. will have a 3rd string qb playing today ... Line is -3.5 Rutgers ... Is Statfox saying that the handicap, based on their data analysis, should be Connecticut -9 rather than the +3.5 on offer at the books?
