Any GUINNESS drinkers here??
When poured correctly, it is probably my favorite beer at this time.
The BRASS TAP in New Tampa pours it right.
Plus, it definetly has some health benefits..............
Raise a pint of Guinness to your good health
By KEVIN HUNT
Hartford Courant
Question: Whose dietary and health interests are better served by the 12-ounce beer?
If the guidelines are less alcohol, fewer calories, fewer carbohydrates - and, to top it off, protection against heart attacks, blindness and maybe even impotence - then it's the Guinness drinker, hands down.
No joke.
Guinness, in fact, is lower in alcohol, calories and carbohydrates than Samuel Adams, Budweiser, Heineken and almost every other major-brand beer not classified as light or low-carb. It has fewer calories and carbohydrates than low-fat milk and orange juice, too.
<...>
In the study, Guinness proved twice as effective as Heineken at preventing blood clots. Guinness is loaded with flavonoids, anti-oxidants that give the dark color to many fruits and vegetables.
These anti-oxidants are better than vitamins C and E, the study found, at keeping bad LDL cholesterol from clogging arteries. Blocked arteries also contribute to erectile dysfunction, as does overindulgence in alcohol.
Guinness has a higher concentration than lighter beers of vitamin B, which lowers levels of homocysteine, linked to clogged arteries. And researchers have found that anti-oxidants from the moderate use of stout might reduce the incidence of cataracts by as much as 50%...

Good Stuff.
REMEMBER: You should only leave 6 rings or less on your glass. Guiness drinkers know what this means lol

Had my first couple at some Irish pub in Billings last week-end...not a big fan. Was better in the bottle than out of the tap. Irish Car bomb=much better.

Guiness is a great beer...I enjoy the draft 10 times more than the bottled shit with the widget inside!
You should taste the Guiness in Ireland...even better than the draft here. Those ****ers get out of work for a couple hours during the day and head straight to the bars...then go back to work. LOL

As stated in my initial post, sometimes bartenders do not know how to pour it............plus the glasses may be dirty.
A good Guinness is DEFINETLY 10-1 over the bottle variety..........trust me on this one.

You should move there, Fish. Next time you're feeling down and out with this gambling shit...move to Ireland...become a pastor and tend to your sheep, spread some feed, and just chill out in the grass. Then go hit the kick-ass bars they have there and drink Guiness...
Ahh -- now that's a life!

Yes, please do. Were you eating anything funky when you were drinking Guiness?
If you end up not liking it again, that's cool, people just like different shit...I just love it so much that I imagine everyone would, too.

Guinness sucks out of a can or a bottle. IT has to be on tap. I actually prefer Murphy's over Guinness and both are better in Ireland. Smithwicks is also another great Irish beer.

Yeah, Murphy's is another great stout, as well. Guiness and Murphy's was all I ever saw in Ireland.
I wouldn't exactly say Guiness "sucks" out of a can/bottle but it's definitely not as good as on tap.
I never tried Smithwicks...I'll definitely give it a shot if I get the chance

Coors light? Why don't you just piss into a cup and drink that, if you're going to be drinking Coors light.
