NETeller says will comply with the US gaming act; plans 3 European launches 2006

LONDON (AFX) - NETeller PLC said it will comply with the recent US gaming legislation passed by President George Bush earlier this month which prohibits 'unlawful internet gambling' by restricting payments to certain sites from US residents.

NETeller said it is focusing on the gaming sector outside the US market, where customers are not affected at all by the US legislative changes, and has plans for three European launches later this year.

The company also said it will issue a trading update for the third quarter on Oct 31.

********** only lets you deposit up to $200.00 USD a day and only $1,000.00 a month. Your account will be funded immediately and you won't have to pay any fees. Neteller has larger limits but they charge fees for their Instacash option and EFT's take about 3 business days to get your money.

Recently I Fedex'ed a Cashiers check to Pinnacle. It only took a day to have my funds in my account and if you make the check for over $1,000 they will wave the fedex fees.

When you do use fedex please use their account because even if you don't fund a $1,000 the fee is only $25 dollars. If you go online to check the expense for fedex to deliver it is about $35, at least coming from the Northeast.

They are still serving the U.S. 100 percent, pending implementation of the gaming legislation, likely sometime next year.

Even then, they might still serve US customers. Nothing has been decided yet. They are just informing customers of what they are doing, so they don't just stop on a dime next year.
