    Default question about credit players

    It seems like with neteller exiting the US sometime soon, playing on credit will be more popular and convenient. I was wondering: do credit players typically get the same bonuses as non-credit players? I would think that since they're not getting the cash upfront they may not give bonuses, but please let me know what your experience is. Also, i'm specifically interested in the rules at cascade.

    Credit players do not receive bonuses.

    nor should they...I'd be concerned about being a credit player...unless I was a consistent loser...those guys are probably happy...

    Why should credit players be worried? They settle with the local agents, don't even deal with the books except placing wagers.
