amby, if you open it fully from youtube you can see it better.
Bottom line, there is a hack developed by this guy which allows you to edit existing western union transfers in their DB and change the sender/reciever name and also create new transfers. Its pretty wicked looking, he has like 4 vids on youtube...

He's been soliciting - trying to sell just 10 since March on Warez, And only wants to sell 10 because he doesn't want it to go public - But he put it on youtube
