Nicky did. That's the reason why he can't come to the bash - he'll be arrested on sight due to bookmaking offences. However he has been able to Yankee stadium 12 times so far this year which seems odd.

2 times back in the late 90's.. and believe it or not, within 1 month each, and each time, it was because one of my partners threatened a bettor if he did not pay, he's dead meat. the kid went straight to the cops.. and then boom, busted. and the 2nd bust was some guy's GF called cops cause she was scared..
that's when i decided to go offshore so i dont have to worry about my door being busted down, which it was both times.. i was handcuffed and taken to station. boy was it embarassing being handcuffed, then seeing 49 people in the building lobby all seeing me go into cop car. since that day, no one in the building talked to me. they thought i was some child molestor or something..
the only way the cops ever come and get you is if someone gets threatened and they go to police. if you want to book, you'll be ok, as long as you dont threaten anyone. that's when cops come in.. even if someone just squeals to cops out of jealousy, they will leave you alone, but dont' threaten someone's life.
but i am very happy offshore now, i sleep much better and i am less stressed..i became very paranoid. each time i heard noises in the hallway, i thought it was police about to bust down my door.. but it was a good time and i have no regrets. it was a great experience..

I'm implying that the police system in New York is in a dire state if they allow a wanted man to enter the city 12 times since April.

NYPD isn't paying attention, taco, they're too busy watching 'pop ups' fly out of Yankees Stadium for home runs. I'm actually inclined to believe the dozen trips to new Yankee Stadium. The wanted man theory for not attending the bash? Not so much.
