It's now official.............................
Jack Nicholson has over 100 dimes on the Lakers in this game.. Did you just see the way he reacted to that Gasol foul? Boys, i have watched games with non gambler friends and i have watched games with gamblers, so i know how a reaction of each is...
and the way Jackie boy reacted to that foul, you can bet your life he has 100 dimes on the Lakers. I thought he was going to have a heart attack on live tv. if there was a tv next to him, he would have smashed it..
that was not the look of angry fan, but it was the look of a frustrated gambler.. i would know.

He will lose it but this is pocket change for him. The refs are gift wrapping the game for Lakers. I'm sickened to my stomach.

for those that didn't see it.. there has to be way you can show it here. omg, it was unreal.. you'll see what i mean.. with 4:13 to go, they show him going nuts on the call.. but it doesnt' end there. they show him again a few secs later and he is now going way way way more nuts than 1st time..
he even had tons of grey unshaven whiskers, the sign of a gambler.. we gamblers never like to shave... .. he was too lazy to shave because i bet you he is too depressed to shave and i assure you he is chasing... that was the clincher that he has big money on it.

omg, am i good or am i good.. i just saw another thing that clinched it.. when Kobe missed at the buzzer, Jack jumped off his seat with joy.. what does that tell you.. i guess i am right, huh? if he didn't have a bet, why wasn't he mad when kobe missed. he jumped off his seat in joy..
it also means that jack does NOT have the ML.. he has them on the spread, which is why he was happy kobe missed it..
I called it, boys..

I would bet my last dime he had the Lakers ML.
He stayed after the game, talking to the Magic players telling them great game great game. That is not the actions of a man that lost a lot of money.

Those are the actions of a man who's incredibly relieved!

wiler, you are sharp. i had the same thoughts. after the game, he looked so relieved and looked less stressed and looked happy and 15 yrs younger. he was so happy to talk with those 2 players..
the only reason i thought he had the spread was because he jumped off his seat a bit when KOBE missed the buzzer shot.. maybe he wasn't mad, and it was only his reflexes.
kinger, i am looking forward to that vid with 4:13 to go.. watch the 2nd clip of him. watch the reaction and the grey whiskers. only a gambler reacts like that.
blitter,
i never said i dont watch any games. you got the wrong guy. i watch anything i have action on. i just don't know the players in all of the NCAA"s, that's it..

He's always that intense. I doubt he wagers on the Lakers or any team for that matter. I think that's his daughter sitting to his left. I hope that's his daughter. That would be gross if he was porking her.

That was the "I wanna break something" reaction from Jack. Had several of those already this NBA season where a final bucket killed me. Found myself socking up the carpet floor a few times, only to add injury to insult. Jack prolly gots a million on that sh1t.

It's Kiefer Sutherland's dad. He's been in about 100 movies. Try that googlie thingy. I hear it's good for finding information over the interwebs.

Impressive Jello. How about Southern Miss? That's insane. The CWS will be awesome this year. I'm liking North Carolina.

UNC is tough, no doubt. Probably the best pitcher in the tournament with Alex White. I don't know though. That kid Coleman at LSU is tough as well. I hope the Tigers save him for a potential matchup with CSF in the 2nd game. I hope they overlook the hoos just a little bit. I like the fact that LSU has struggled against LH pitching a little this year. We've got a good one for them game 1. Danny Hultzen - ACC freshman of the year. 9-1 with a 2.09 if ya need him.
Can't wait til next weekend.

Jello, have you seen a line out yet for Texas-TCU yet? I imagine Texas will be a heavy favorite, probably around -300.

No. Haven't seen it. Go Frogs!
One more point about UNC and Alex White. UVA mercy ruled his ass the last time we played them in the ACC tournament. If we can miraculously get through our half of the draw, bring on the Tar Heels...
And now back to your regularly scheduled thread of idiocy for the night....

1.Don't complain about the bad quality. This was done quickly and only done so we could all see what Nicky pointed out earlier.
2. Make sure to watch the whole video.

Even the commentators said that Kobe wasn't fouled but slipped or not touched at all on his last 4 FT's in the last minutes of the game.
