What are my options for betting on football games now that the new law has been signed by president Bush? Specifically, I was thinking of signing up at a site such as VIP, but have the following questions:

1) What site will allow u.s. citizens to create accts and which ones are safest to not freeze our funds?

2) How do I go about depositing/ withdrawing money? Can we use neteller since it is based in the U.K.

I am really confused by all this bullsh*t. What are my options?

To answer your first question. I would stick with books like TheGreek,WSEX,Cris, and Pinnacle only during this rough time. To answer your second question. You should be safe using Neteller for roughly the next 9 months (give or take) because the law won't go into effect for at least that long.

Once the next 9 months are past, hopefully the books will figure out a new way of moving our money to there books. Were just going to have to play the waiting game is all on that front.
