Thumbs down BETED not pay winnings

I am writing to describe unpleasant situation I was involved with
    Beted.com sportbook service.
On August 28th I have ordered partial transfer of my winnings to my Neteller account. Instead of expected transfer my Beted accounts has been shut down without any information from the company why.
Initially, as I was unable to log into my account I have contacted technical support, thinking that the problem is purely technical. I was informed that it is necessary for me to discuss situation with account manager and shortly I was contacted by phone. During the
conversation I found out that my account was closed, my deposits
will be returned to me, but all my winnings will be confiscated.
Before the Account closing my account balance was $5840, including $2466 of deposits.
I was told that after detailed analysis of my betting history,
company decided I am professional player and as their service is
designed for recreational players my account was closed. In addition Beted is a company aiming at USA market and American sports and I have used their lack of knowledge of soccer to gain my winnings.
Moreover I was told, they don’t currently allow Polish and Danish players, and therefore they insisted I had to provide them with fake information while creating account. Unfortunately when I have created my account Beted didn’t have the above restriction and I was allowed to open account with my Polish address.
I would like to ensure you that I did not cheat Beted during even
single of my bettings. I have never tried to exceed any betting
limits. I have always bet on major world leagues, and nobody should be able to claim I was cheating. I have never met with situation before, that sportbook company would punish player for betting on sports in which the company doesnt specialize. I believe if this is the situation Beted should give up on that sport or make the maximum allowed bets lower. And as far as I can tell they still offer that line of sport for betting.

During the whole situation neither the account manager, not the
customer support, nor even company CEO have EVER provided me withbasic information which of my betting violated one of their rules:
"8. betED reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware/software error or malfunction. Players found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited."
This was the final explanation Beted have eventually provided for closing my account. Instead of letting me know up front, for over the month I was provided with all the above explanations and to make situation even more unpleasant, customer support wasnt willing to respond to my e-mails.

My Beted account was created in June this year. As long as I have been losing my money, it didnt bother them that I was betting on soccer. They have even offered me bonuses and promotions to stay with them when I tried to close account after several unsuccessful bettings e.g when on June, 21 I have decided to withdraw my deposit of $200, the company contacted me saying that if I will cancel the withdrawal request I will be give 25% bonus. I have agreed and have
lost as well the deposit as the bonus. My deposits 1-5 I have lost almost all as well, when finally with the last deposit I managed to win some money back. That was when the trouble started first. August 24th I have ordered the winning withdrawal and was informed that I dont meet bonus rollover requirements and after accepting the bonus
I am not allowed to forfit it:
"Withdrawal Requested: August 24, 2006 at 8:38 AM
    Amount: $1,500.00
    Withdrawal Not Processed: We have not processed your withdrawal, as you have not met the minimum Bonus Policy requirements;
http://www.beted.com/bonuses.aspx (here at betED, we offer extremely
competitive Bonuses with minimal rollover requirements, compared to other Sportsbooks & Casinos, requiring you to rollover your bonus funds up to 15 times, and more)
As per your Bonus received, you must rollover the funds a minimum of eight times prior to a withdrawal.
For your convenience, we have provided a breakdown of your rollover
    requirements;
    Re-load Deposit amount: $550.00
    Bonus received: $82.50 (15% Re-load Deposit Bonus)
Your total deposit + bonus is = $632.50
    Rollover requirement is 8 times on $632.50 = $5,060.00
    Rollover completed to date: $3,440.00"

During the next few days I have performed required rollover
requirements (please see attached screen prints of betting history).
At the same time my account balance grew to $5940 after requiredbettings I have won about $1400, most after betting on major soccer world ligue the spanish primera division. Not a single of my betting exceed the allowed maximum of $500 and the betting have never been last minute things instead I have always betted several hours before the soccer match.
I have finally met the rollover requirement and on
August 28th decided to withdraw $1500. Next day my account has been shut down and it took me over a month to get in contact with CEO of the company Mr. D. Wright. Prior to that my friend from USA. Mr. Jason V. contacted the company several times, trying to help me.
Mr. Wright supported the decision of the account manager, but at the same time offered payout of half of my winnings hoping I will give up on the remaining part.
Please be aware of Beted. They are unwilling to pay any higher
winnings and in conflict situations the customer support simply
    stops responding to player e-mails.
At the same time I hope that SBR will be able to help me get back remaining part of my Beted winnings.

    Radek

p.s. unfortunately i cannot sent any mail with screenshots to Assistance@SportsbookReview.com or Bill_Dozer@sportbookreview.com because
" conversation with mail.SportsbookReview.com[209.200.142.24] timed out while sending message body " - any ideas why?

I know of 3 other players in your situation. I also know a few players at Beted that were limited to 25.00 bets and they were DOWN money to the book. The one lost about 3k and then BETED cut his limits to 25.00 for a nickel bettor.
This book is clearly in trouble. Not only are they confiscating money won, they are also slow paying via *************** going on 3 weeks. A Neteller withdrawal request is also at 8 days now as well. This book is on the door of disolving and taking players money.

What a crock! Why you couldnt have spoken to a real manager is just amazing. Whenever they wont let you speak to a manager about 99% of the time they are in the wrong. If you are wrong that manager will call you at work... when the book is wrong the manager is always in a meeting.

Would be interested in what you were betting. If they were straight bets is very surprising if you were using software to make parlays that are correlated wouldn't be as surprising. You should email assistance@sportsbookreview.com but be sure to include all the details including the reason they gave for voiding the bets.

BetEd shows no signs of financial problems and is a book that has acted professionally over the past 2 years. They got whooped on some poor soccer bookmaking and thought that the player would be happy to leave with half of his winnings. Gryzonko probably gave Ed a much needed crash course in booking soccer. They just launched Fiestabet.com.
