Wow, its about time they take an interest in their consumers.

Seemed a good survey that allowed for them to ask all the basic questions, but also deal specifically with withdrawal methods and allow for written feedback.
I know everyone raves about Pinnacle withdrawal speeds, but for the book that dominates the industry I wrote that they should do better. If they can take 50k deposits in no time, then I think they should be able to come close on withdrawals. In seconds for under 10k and maybe under an hour for anything else. I think that would put them even more ahead of everyone else.
Their low fees that they pass on might prevent it, but would love to see it.
Overall cool that they are getting feedback. I feel like Pinnacle is a bit like Google, always pushing new ideas and making their product better while raking in the cash.

I like Pinnacle but I was wondering why it was taking them so long (more than 12 hours) to grade the last game of a 4K winning parlay.Originally Posted by lakerfan
But the one thing I insisted upon in the survey was chat and phone lines.

Livechat would be cool. Pinnacle's email response time has been excellent though. Less than 5 minutes everytime i've had a question, so not really a problem communicating with them at least for me. Don't call books as it's ridiculously expensive from Finland with most books. Some of the european books like bet365 has toll-free lines for me but haven't played there for a while.

So, they are spending money for nothing? It makes total sense.Originally Posted by jjgold

I requested both of those too. I don't know if phone support will ever happen as that would drive up their costs quite a bit. I was clear that I would rather save a couple cents on a bet without phone or chat, then have more juice and easier access to customer service.Originally Posted by Max Levine

I've already done the thing a while back (Thought I might get a few £ bunged in my A/C for doing it, no such luck)
