    Hell I got up ealier this morning (1130 central) and he had already signed this piece of shit bill... I'm I the only one who thinks he signed this at 10 eastern so he could try and slip it past all us late rising gamblers?

    He probably didn't even read the cliff notes version of what he signed. If you asked him later in the day to explain what he signed, he'd say "we're on course in Iraq."
