Hey guys, right now i am wagering exclusively with WSEX. first off, does anyone know if they are planning on shutting down their operations for US bettors when and if the bill is passed. Secondly, if yes, and i have an account with them with funds in it at the time, should i be at all concerned about receiving a payout for these funds? In short, I'm asking if I should just pull out my funds now, for fear of getting screwed once the bill is passed. Thanks for the input.

1. WSEX is NOT planning on shutting down in response to the bill in question.

2. Given their track record, if WSEX were to shut down for that or some other reason, it is among the least likely books to not pay everyone in full.

3. I have funds at WSEX and am not pulling out at this time. I wouldn’t criticize anyone for pulling out of there or anywhere else for their own peace of mind until the dust clears from these recent developments in the industry, but I personally regard funds on account at WSEX to be very safe and am acting accordingly.

WSEX is as 'solid' as an offshore book can be. Dont tell me about some UK bookie, I rather trust the WSEX guys w/my $$

I can't tell you to break any laws at all here. However, offshore gambling is still legal in the U.S., it's just your banking options are going to be a little bit more harder to get around in the future is all.
