No

Best supps are steroids, it is so much easier and works quicker. Fishler if you inject Winstrol in your ass I am telling you it will change you and you will feel like a new man or inject growth hormones in your belly like 2-4iu's a day for approx $2500 a month and you will feel a lot younger.

Lots of contradictory research on these things. I was told that flaxseed oil had more omega 3's and was generally better than fish oil.

I eat a lot of fish as it is so don't take much fish oil unless I switch up my diet.

It does..........but it does not provide the overall benefits of a good fish oil.

Plus as stated, it can be hard for your body to absorb the majority.

Still, flaxseed is very good for you.

Just read a bit on the topic and it seems that a mix of both would probably be ideal. Will look into fish oil next time I stop at the drugstore.

I do. I also take flaxseed oil, multi vitamin and usually a Vit D pill. Now that it is summer I am laying off the Vit D pills. I'm wondering if I am overdoing thing s with the flaxseed and fish oil pills. Your thoughts?

You're right Pico. However, I am on the east coast in Canada and the farmed raised and even the native Atlantic Salmon are believed to contain very low mercury levels.

I got some lemon-flavored fish oil supplements thanks to this thread... and I can now burp an authentic Legal Seafoods ambiance into any room up to 500 square feet.

PM for rates & availability.
