been tryng to contact them for the last few hours with phone/live chat but cannot get a live person with either. i wanna ask about my neteller withdrawl requested yesterday when i can expect it but i guess this is expected from them

If it has only been a day, I wouldn't worry. They can be slow at times.

Also, SIA's customer service has been MIA ever since their recent reload offer lead ended up crashing their site.

yeah, i have made numerous withdrawls from them but its just poor customer service not to be able to get a hold of them even if they do pay

There has been a number of threads with SIA as topic. I had withdrawal problems myself but was finally paid 3 weeks later via EFT. You're correct about poor customer service, on the phone it seems as though they don't have a clue!
CS at times may not be helpful, but they are not a scam book.
I'm sure you'll get paid.

Asked for a cashout last Monday which is not my first cashout. They suddenly asked for my SSN for so called ''identity verification'' purpose. After complaining with them, they are willing to accept photo ID, utility bill, etc as an alternative. That's fine, and I sent them all the required documents on Oct 3rd. And confirmed with their live chat rep that documents have been received and forwarded to their accounts department for review. Today is Oct 12th. It has been 10 days and I still have not heard of anything back from their accounts department. I talked with their live chat rep a couple of times, and heard some different kinds of excuse , documents not received, huge backlog, documents goes to supervisor first then to accounts department.
10 days are not enough time for them to have my documents processed.

To be honest I left SIA and started using heritagesports.com because of the poors CS and the slow website problems, but in retrospect i alwaysed used their swiftpay option and never was charged any fee for deposit or withdrawl, fairly fast withdrawl and none of these stupid rollover requirement that are so frustrating. I can see there site is headed downwards, but i have always had my money in my checking accoutn within approx. 4-5 business days.

so i had trouble logging in all day yesterday. i finally get through last night & they tell me my account is closed!!!. im like i didnt want it closed and they reopend it. i had a lot of cash still in there. i dont know if this was them wanting to close me out cause i am a ifetime winner or someone preteneded to be me and tryed to steal my balance in there. weird!!! should i be nervous? but my account is now up & running

This was my exact experience with SIA........in 2002. They pull this stunt when you cross the line into profitability. But they (apparently) always pay. Pull all of your money and don't look back. There are other good dog books (Bowmans).

IMHO, they were getting their act together compared to what they were 5yrs ago. I made a lot of $$ scalping there over the last 2.5 yrs. NOW, I have no money (maybe 20.00) with them.
