Bet J might fancy another string to their bow. I would much rather one of the big books taking over rather then a management led buyout.

The sportsbooks will stay as-is and where-is but be under private ownership. Nothing official has been released and probably won't be for a bit longer but the changes should only affect attorneys that have to do some paper work.
