Default Actionbets: Head for the exit now.

This troubled book looks ready to fold.

*bump* for anyone unfortunate enough to still have funds in this scam outfit.

though, i seriously doubt anyone will ever see another cent of their cash, if they do.

dumb question, but, has robberto and co. put up any sort of warning for the players they may have mislead into thinking this place was "safe" to use again?

I know they were more than happy to re-start the promotion, as soon as actionbets was able to make a payment to them...are they doing anything at all now, to help ease any damage they may have cause by doing so?

or, are they sticking with the idiotic statement posted above, from rpm?

good luck to any unfortunate players affected..i hope you manage to get at least some of your money from these crooks.

Shitting on RPM & TOW is bullshit. Thats all I have been reading for the last 5 months. Lets focus on helping the players not shitting on the competition. Time to grow up and take the diaper off and move into regular underwear.

My personal feeling is that shitting on TOW does help the player. The more awareness there is of how weaselly they are, the better for everyone.

you think i am 'picking on tow'?

i couldn't care less really, but, just for shits and giggles, i'll explain my concern, just for you.

    actionbets stole many players funds.

actionbets was deemed a scam sportsbook by pretty much every 'respectable' forum advocate.

tow, meanwhile, took the liberty of accepting advertising money from this documented scam sportsbook, and started to recommend them again to anyone who happened to pass through their forum.

going so far as to blame the players actionbets stole from, and, even boasting of the latest bonus offers at actionbets.

So, i asked, "has tow done anything to warn those same posters/players?"

you call that 'shitting on tow' ?

Thats fine... if i didn't mind having sand in my ears, i might bury my head too...Gotta be easier that way i'd imagine.

Meanwhile, i will repeat that i hope anyone unfortunate enough to have been mislead into sending their funds to this scam outfit, might be able to somehow recoup their funds.

Unfortunately I still have $2k in there (Deposited a day or so before all this crap blew up )

I have yet to wager a cent as there is no point (IMO) in making a bad situation quie possibly worse

I don't really see what choice I have apart from hanging on & hope they survive

I was in the same situation as you, but decided to meet the rollover asap. After doing so, AB paid me about 7K without any problem. You could still use baseball (lower juice) to just bet one account against another, and get out. Hope things work out for you.

Aside from the stiff of the supposed "syndicate" which is really poor IMO. I haven't heard about any players having money withdrawing. But with that type of policy a ton of other books people would be better off at.

In fairness, their actions are pretty good if you compare them to Betcorp or Sportingbet.
