Player Comments: In April me and my friend deposited $200 using Swiftpay ***************. They credited the account with the money and the correct bonus. In 3 days we won $1500 and decided to cashout $1000. Sure enough, the next day we try to log on and the account is at $0. Live chat tells us that we have to contact swiftpay in that there was an error in the details you gave us i.e. bank account number/ checking acct. number, address. I begged them to let us send $200 via ** to cover the original *************** which he had sufficient funds in his checking account to cover regardless!!! They kept saying no no no, and we never got the money. Then I said to live chat person "Jon," if you don't send the $1000 I will sue your company (they are based in canada), and he replies "I will alert the authorities in New Jersey that you were illegally wagering." Later on in the summer, for some reason my friend used their site again, this time depositing using his CC $500. He turned that into $17,000 and when he requested a withdrawal via wire, it took 3 weeks but he did finally get it. Anyway, this site sucks, the lines suck, customer service sucks, and receiving a cashout is like pulling teeth.

I like posters that post solid info like this. I get a grin everytime.

Player Comments: Although you guys gave Bet On USA a D- rating, I'm not quite sure why. Keep in mind I deposited before I read the rating on SBR. I deposited $1000 on a Monday, turned that into $4200 by Thursday, and had a check in my hands by Tuesday afternoon, which I was shockingly able to cash at Wachovia with no hassle. There customer service people are very nice. Although I will never deposit there again because I don't feel safe after reading the SBR rating of D-, I think they are trying to improve their image.

Player Comments: Aside from barely understanding the customer service reps and an ugly website, BetCris is a good site. I would like to see some bonuses here but I guess they don't need to because business is good. Also, this and Bodog are the only sites that I have found that seem to have a legitimate blackjack game. I wouldnt recommend playing in any online casino though because most of them aren't regulated.
