Bad year so far for players, ncaaf is getting more erratic ever week. I might stop betting it and stick to pro sports where athletes are more predictable and consistent.

I wonder jj, how much do you think it affects books bottom line when a game middles like eg. the game that landed on 20 last night? The books must have taken a serious hit on such a game.

They'd have taken much more of a hit if WVIR didn't score a 50 yard punt return touchdown when anything less woud likely be game over, or if Florida Intl took one of the about 8 chances they had to win by 3.

Would've had a perfect day if I hadn't lost my Georgia play, which coincidentally turned out to be my big play for the day, so while I won 2 units, it felt weak considering that game was the only blemish.

Yeah I noticed that after the fact. The spread dropped from 27 down to 25 too.
But I am in the habit of leaving ML dogs until reasonably close to the last minute. Quite often games back up like that but my research shows that more often, it pays to wait. So I wait. I don't even start looking at those NCAAF numbers until Saturday morning.SBR Founder Join Date: 7/21/2005

Im doing decent this year in college. Nothing like I would expect, but on the plus side none the less. I went 3-2-1 yesterday for a small profit on the day.
