My emails to Firepay remain unanswered since August, but I have receipts for my payment to them so I'm not too concerned. I don't plan on using them anymore anyway.
Firepay does not have a customer service number but their collections dept has an 800 number. Expect rude/ignorant treatment from the two jews working the Montreal collections office, Firepay is a ****ing joke.

Yes, they are ignoring my emails as well. They decided to disable my account as well. When I had clearly stated via email to disable my account once the outstanding deposit had cleared on their side, AND they had advised the bookies. This is causing me major problems, I wish to use MyATM with BetCris, but BetCris only accepted to re-enable my account as a Cash account. Money Orders and such. I wish there was something that could be done.
