Default Firepay + Betwwts = Poor Business Practices

I had a firepay account for a while now. I used to utilize them a lot for SportsBooks, and stopped using their service for a while. I recently registered a new bank account with them and used their for approximately two weeks. I recently had one transaction that was returned by my bank as NSF. This was partly my fault but as well another Service's fault.

The point is that Firepay then decided to go and email or contact the entire scope of Sportsbooks that I have ever dealt with. One of them BetWWTS decided to suspend my account. When in fact, no transaction beeing recent that is since the new registration of my bank account or 90 Days + was ever made from Firepay to BetWWTS or vice-versa.

How can we call this good business practice from either. I could understand if a) recent transactions had been made firepay<>betwwts and one of these transactions could have potentially been the one that was returned as NSF.

Considering the factor that this was not even a remote possibility, I call this poor business practice and as well border to breach of private information.

GO NET TELLER; FIREPAY is a VERY BAD COMPANY which hides behind a poorly and ridiculous Terms & Conditions. They lack business sense and business ethics. As for BetWWTS, the same goes for them, except that I did not bother reading their Terms & Conditions. They are as bad for not taking the time to revise my history and see that no Firepay Transaction was made to BetWWTS for MONTHS.

These are my simple observations on both of these companies.

Default Appreciated

I appreciate your support. The worst thing is that they have this re-try policy + $25 NSF Fee which already came out of my bank account. It simply frustrates me that they went and did this. To add to this BetCris, I have the exact same problem. Never used them for over 3-4 months. They closed my account as well and tell me to contact firepay.

Default Update: BETCRIS

Please allow me to state that firepay ignored all of my emails.
The positive thing out of this episode is the following.

BETCRIS Does deserve its rating in my views. Vs. BetWWTS.
They re-instated my account privileges, and this made me a very happy customer. I am happy to see that some SportsBooks will understand specific situations and collaborate.

My personal rating for BetCris is definitely A+ and I think that I will be primarily dealing with them from this point forth. For them to be able to resolve a minor issue of the sort demonstrates to me that I can have some faith into this sportsbook.

I had the EXACT thing happen to me with Firepay and Bet365. I paid the money I owed to Firepay ($110 + $25 service charge) in August but my Firepay account shows a negative balance as of today.

Bet 365 suspended my account but after a few emails someone called me directly and re-opened my account.

My emails to Firepay remain unanswered since August, but I have receipts for my payment to them so I'm not too concerned. I don't plan on using them anymore anyway.

Firepay does not have a customer service number but their collections dept has an 800 number. Expect rude/ignorant treatment from the two jews working the Montreal collections office, Firepay is a ****ing joke.

Yes, they are ignoring my emails as well. They decided to disable my account as well. When I had clearly stated via email to disable my account once the outstanding deposit had cleared on their side, AND they had advised the bookies. This is causing me major problems, I wish to use MyATM with BetCris, but BetCris only accepted to re-enable my account as a Cash account. Money Orders and such. I wish there was something that could be done.

From their website, when I login I see this:

"Contact our collections department by dialing toll free 1-866-356-3195 in order to set up a check by phone."
