    Default Jetbull Complaint

    Hello! Pls I need some help! How can I make a complaint against a gaming site jetbull ,who has suspended my account for groundless reasons?I have money there! It is not fair, they want to steel my founds?

    General Pete has been handling a handful of JetBull complaints a day. They have been responsive. Maybe Pete can update this thread on what's been going on there.

    Who the hell would trust their money on a site called "jetbull"?
    I mean cmon guys. Do a little research before you piss your money away on another scam.

    I only have about 5% of my total bank with them. I opened up the account and deposited before I came across SBR worst luck!!!

    We haven't rated them as of yet but are working on it. Looking over their file I see poor email communication during slow-pays with them catching up after a few weeks to a month. Let's see what Pete can tell us about their responses.

    It's a good time to pull your money. You can always put it back once they show they can offer a good service and pay fast.

    Thanks for your answers, I am still waitting for their response. I have earned almost 3500 euro there, I have sent the identity card for authentification in order to withdraw and , big surprise: they have suspended my account for "linked account". I don't understant exactly what does that means, I have only one jetbull account !What is happening?

    i've wrote a post on jetbull in the the other thread just below this one. they always pay, but always very slowly. you can pull your money anytime, but now is just as good a time as last month or next month from the experiences i have with them, it's just that it takes a minimum of a week to hit your account.

    they think you have been betting under someone elses ID, placed similar bets with several accounts, or something like that. if you're sure you have done nothing suspicious, for example using the same PC or IP as another Jetbull-customer, i'm sure SBR will sort it out.
