LSU head coach Les Miles announced Friday that junior DB Tyrann Mathieu is 'no longer on out team."
Miles added that "we'll miss him, but we have to go on." The head coach also noted that the decision is "permanent... he will not be back." Miles gave no specific reason other than it was "fundamental behavior" that led to the decision, but rumors circulated earlier that Mathieu failed another drug test, reportedly his third in three seasons. LSU "will help him try to find a place to play" next season, and the likeliest scenario is to move down a level of competition to an FCS program, similar to Janoris Jenkins.$15

Warrant out for Soph DT Littlehead's arrest
A warrant has been issued for Oklahoma State sophomore DT Christian Littlehead's arrest on charges of misdemeanor assault and battery.
Littlehead started four games as a redshirt freshman in 2011, but this is his third run-in with the law in the last year. In May he was arrested for being drunk in public and was also arrested in early December on one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Littlehead is now accused of punching a woman in the face during a party in early March after she accused him of cheating in beer pong, according to a police report.$15

imo had to be something else besides some weed. no coach is going to kick a sure 1st round pick off of his team for some weed. he is a great db and dont forget the role he played in the return game. punishment doesnt fit the crime
