    heres what it says:

Bowmans wishes to reassure its clients!!

    10/03/2006
"Bowmans operates off shore outside the US and holds licenses to conduct online betting and gaming issued in Tier one jurisdictions namely the Isle of Man in the British Isles and Mauritius. The proposed new law in the US concerns payment processing from unlawful internet gaming. Bowman’s betting licenses do not prohibit the accepting of online gaming from the US.

Bowmans has its own payment processing service based in the Isle of Man, British Isles, which will continue to serve clients with the excellent service as before. We will continue to review the issues arising generally from the new law and will advise you as and when necessary.

Bowman's has taken legal advice from eminent US lawyers and is acting on this advice and there are no plans to close our payment process service nor do we plan to close our gaming web site".
It's good to see that not everyone is backing down from the U.S. goverments B.S. law.

I don't use them but it's good news for the industry that books are coming out and saying it will basically be business as usual.

The only reason Bowmans gets away with that one coach, is because they use it as a cash advance type service.

I rather pay the cash advance fee anytime if we can deposit.
