I do not understand the odds for NHL at Centrebet.

For example, they have one team at +0,5 for -101 and other team (with draw option) +117

how is that possible?

The handicap line is OT included,the draw option is regular time only with Centrebet so there is nothing wrong with those odds.

Centrebet is solid as they come but does not take American action plus the juice is way too high. Its more of an aussie book, no one should ever play at centrbet bet if your betting American sports.
