Just scanned my license and emailed it to them about 4 hours ago. Speaking with live chat right now actually. Im being told they will send it over to their finance department sometime today, and then i will have to wait at least 3 days before i can make a withdrawal via neteller. so they obviously have excellent email response time 4 hours and it was i that contacted them via live chat. I asked them why 3 days and was told this

Once they have this info on file, though, withdrawals are instant, unlimited, and free--the most player friendly policy in the industry. Given they're generous free bets you can understand why they take precautions to make sure people are who they say they are. I don't see your problem.

well ive never used their bonus plan our free bets either. It takes seconds to deposit via neteller yet 3-4 days to withdraw?

I have my Mansion account for quite some time now, so I kind of forgot about my own account, but one of my secretaries recently was also told about the 3 days, which turned out to be only 1 day, so they just try to be on the safe side.

I first used mansion for their Steelers promo and it states it clear about their withdrawal guidelines it even makes you ck a box when you sign up that says you read the requirements, and after a month of use it’s becoming one of my favorite books.

I also read their guidelines and have no problems at all with sending a photo id. Its not my point at all here. the point is 3 days to try and get a neteller request when it only takes 30 seconds to make deposit.

but once your ID is verified by their accounting department you will see your Neteller withdraw very quick.

next time you requesst another NT withdraw, you won't have to go through the 3 days waiting again. It will be fast right in your NT account.

FWIW, I requested my first withdrawl from mansion on monday and it was in my neteller account shortly thereafter. I'd only sent in my id on saturday.

As I recall Mansion didn’t take three days on my first withdrawal when I had to send them ID. I’m almost sure it was less than 24 hours. So I think it’s an “up to three days” thing.

It may take a little longer than usual now though due to the presumably large number of new customers who joined recently for the Steelers promo. But in any case, as noted in earlier posts, all your withdrawals starting with the second one should be as fast or faster than from the typical book.

the ID thing is a bit of a pain in the ass...this summer I scanned mine at a kinko's in preparation for withdrawals, but most don't know about the rule...

if you took part in their promo and you're a half decent gambler, that means you have at least $2100 there right now. I can't imagine how much their withdrawal traffic has increased in the past 4 weeks. I'm glad I bailed on everyone but Pinnacle 2 weeks ago.

Like i said earlier i did not take them up on their 1,000 free play. I did deposit with them 5k that is now at 14k. I will give them until around 3-4 eastern time before i live chat them again to see if at least finance department has verified my license.

Standard practice for Mansion. I was told they do this to comply with local law, if I remember correctly. Nothing to worry about.

If you have a scanner, you can e-mail your ID as attachment. Much better picture quality than faxing, which can take longer (as in a few tries) if the fax is too dark.

Thanks DH..exactly what i did scanned and sent it as an email attachment. Im sure i started this thread out of frustration when they said at least 72 for a withdrawal process. My fault. Again if i dont receive anything once the 24 hour period passes i will live chat them.

Pags been waiting for a rep for 17 minutes now via live chat. WHen i go to make a withdrawal it still tells me i need to provide a license or passport in order to get payout via neteller. Unreal over 120 hours after first i was told 24 hours, then the next day told 72 hours

I don't understand what's the hold up on your withdraws.
everyone the reply to this thread had done this and withdraws were within hours and yours is weeks maybe months.

I like Mansion a lot, but I can't stand the ******* hold up.

Gentlemen....I just received an email from Dan (Finance Manager) stating my Photo ID has been verified and approved.

Just made a neteller withdrawal for 14347.00 usd. at 1;16 eastern time. We'll see what happens. Sad thing is all i wanted to withdraw was 4347 and keep an even 10k in their. And im sure now that my account is verified and all ill never run into that problem again, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Though they do have by far the best odds on MLB totals on the planet. With sizeable bets available overnight.

Pags.....Ive played at matchbook since they opened and have never had a problem getting payout. I think their quicker than pinny, and oly to be honest via neteller withdrawals which says alot.

Now they even offer most ATP matches, which is about 65% of my betting until baseball rolls back in. Backed by Wsex which is huge. Anyways thinking about dropping a few in their and was wondering if youve kept your monies in your account their without any sweat of getting paid.

ive closed out about 8 books now and am down to 3. Pinnalce, Cris, and Pig. Looking for that 1 book that competes with Pinny odds wise. Am also thinking about dropping Cris and just loading it into Greek. After playing at both for a while I think Greek hands down crushes Cris. Cris charges $60 freakin via neteller payout between 3k-8k. Greek ZERO. Plus I cant stand the fact that Cris's software which sucks IMO. rounds their dollar in their favor. Greek it is what it is.

Debating between Greek and Wsex. Do not like the drop down bet menu Wsex has. I play to risk so $100 would get me $91.
if not for that feature id most likely be an investor their. Greek also has WTA which i dont beleive Wsex has anyways.
