bill affecting handicappers
Let's say the worst of the worst happens and we can no longer wager online, anyone think we'll still have all these shithead handicappers selling their picks online?

I think they still will be selling them. They can market to the anyway they want too, because all they are doing is providing a service. These touts have been around alot longer than the internet gambling has been, so i'm sure they will adapt.
