I think I read the T&C's once for a book and it said something specifically about not allowing this. Might not be true of all books, though.

You can do whatever the book lets you do, but most won't let you do this. If they have a bonus at all opens them up to bonus whores. Also who is the ultimate athority on an account if no persons name is listed?

At the very least, you probably won't be eligible for any type of bonus. In the end, you'll probably still have to have a name attached to the account. Most books reserve the right to request positive identification even if they don't always request it.Originally Posted by lakerfan
