The best thing about preseason is if you pay attention, the coaches will tell you exactly what they are going to do. Even a 7th grader can then take that knowledge & compare it to the other guys game plan...Preseason is where most of you should make your big money so that you can keep losing it back without reloading on the normal season

Do you read the article in post #19? In preseason, coaches reveal their game plans and player rotations before the game and more or less stick to them, which makes it unique among any other sports. On the other hand, NFL regular season has the sharpest lines of any North American sport, which is why the limits are the highest. So, logically, which is easier to beat?

seriously tho lt i know those stats in your article are actually a pretty general assumption to mining value at top face.
but in the grand shceme of it all for me nfl,and ncaaf equals less than 6% of total yearly investments its not worth the time or effort to try and raise that percentage of exposed market and furthermore disturb a bottom line one is accustomed to by introducing unknown risk.

But preseason really doesn't take that much effort. You can get an idea of how games will play out just by reading coaches' intentions at team websites if you don't actually want to "handicap" the games. I know that seems simplistic but it's amazing how many people bet these games as if they were regular season, always betting the "better" teams when the weaker ones that don't figure to do well in regular season often turn out to be the better bets.
