    Default Multibet

I've just received an email from Multibet (SBR C) titled:
    Multibet to cease trading
    which reads:
Multibet will cease trading on 1 October 2006. Any requests for refunds should be processed through the website in the usual manner and they will be refunded to you as promtly as possible.
Owing to the lateness of this notification, I tried calling them but all I got was an answering maching.

Does anyone know whether this is in fact bona fide then? Because (IMHO) it would be a shaime if it was.

Yes, I heared already some weeks ago that Multibet stops working and it seems to be a fact. Their platform outside of Australia is offered to be sold.

I withdrew my money some time ago already therefore I cannot answer your question pags. They had reasonable odds but nearly never the best odds and also they changed odds very fast. I suppose this was thought as a protection against sharps but ironically this 'protection' (change odds very fast) worked so well that finally nobody wanted to use them anymore.

The 6% bonus they had earlier this year was one of the best offers I've ever seen. I guess that was their last gasp at trying to attract customers.
