    Default Caution with using Moneybookers

    moneybookers supports theft.
somebody had acces to my email account , tried to log in moneybookers account gave in 3 times the wrong password and got send and activation code to may adress,so he copuld log in to my account and stole my money .i saw this live and imediatly told mb to lock my account the didn't , it told them the situation and ask them to book the money back again without more than a minute after the transaction.they did nothing and just said they are trying to contact the merchant and are waiting for a reply.i mailed them several times every day still they did nothing just telling me they are still waiting, no they say they got no reply ,my bad.they can do nothing ,i ask them at least for the name of the person or firm ,so that i could take a charge against them ; but they say they can't provide me with it ,to protect the privacy of the merchant.

moneybookers is supporting theft or maybe even doing it by themself.
i just can warn any body to have large amounts of money with them

I don’t understand. Surely when you login to your Moneybookers’ account and click onto “History”, you can see the email address of the merchant that is alleged to have received your money; no?

I've never had problems with my MB account.
Trouble could await if anyone else knows your log-in details.
Change them immediately-and keep them secret.
    Good luck with the investigation.
