That's just not true JJ. 20% of Neteller is more than Moneybookers for instance. 20% of Neteller's business is non-American, and it's growing at 100% annually.

Although I was concerned when I heard about this, I just think there's too much money wagered for gaming sites not to find a legal way around this. The gov. may pass the law, but it will probably just mean an extra hoop to gamblers to jump through, if that. Just my quick 2 cents.

You're not understanding the legislation. When they say horses and lottery are exempt, that only means with licensed operations within the U.S., not offshore.

So you can legally bet horses online with TVG, Youbet, etc., but not with Pinnacle, BetJ, etc.

Betting the 4th race at Belmont is just as against the rules as betting a sports event with an offshore book.

I agree, it's a joke and pathetic.

My question is the ISP langauge. The only way they can slow betting down is to block the sites. Anyone see anything in the legislation that does that?

Who is to say that i did not win all that money wagering on horses? Five Dimes has that lottery game too. That's where I won that money. I am totally ashamed of theese "assclowns" that our elected into the house and senate to represent us.

What a freakin joke. Pathetic.

Maybe 3008. We'll never see it legalized in our lifetimes.
