Well then maybe God shouldn't have given me a brain to question things. Perhaps he should've just made us all dogs. What a mindfukk to give your greatest creation a mind and then tell them to not use it. What a joke.
Bread how could we have the answers when we have not all been to school to learn the answers? That is what preachers are for. If you have a question you seek a preacher. BTW I have never had a question that my preacher could not back up with scientific fact. I have extensive knowledge of Chemistry and Biology and not one of my university teachers could answer the question "where did the first atom, the first molecule, come from if not from an ultimate creator, a God?"

Being a Christian is not about knowledge (even though the answers are there and there are about 50,000 people in my city that can answer every question you have and back it up with facts), being a Christian is about a simple (yet eternal) choice. That is why this is open to even the dumbest of the dumb.

Will he send Dalai Lama to hell because he doesn't believe in Jesus?

Church is the biggest organized deception in the history of mankind. Any book written by a human being telling other humans about when the end of the world will come by God is nothing better than any other fiction book written through thousands of human history.
I don't know what God will do with those people Pavy, its up to him really.

And the term "sinner Christians" is an oxymoron. There is no such thing in Gods eye. Once you have God in your life, he has forgiven ALL sin. That was the point of Jesus going to the cross, so that even the sinners who call on him will be saved.

The guy that died on the cross next to Jesus who had been a sinner in the worst way his whole life asked Jesus if he would forgive him and Jesus told him "today you will be with me in paradise for eternity". Its just a beautiful, real, love story. Not to get sappy and all but it is.

The other guy mocked Jesus even as they were dying. It reminds me of many people I know.

Let me clarify. I meant to quote the whole thing "sinner Christians and send them to hell". Christians do sin (everyone sins, nobody can be perfect like Jesus, it says that in the Bible over and over again) but they are already forgiven. That was the whole point of Jesus dying on the cross. It was the immaculate act of love. It gave those who chose him a road to heaven that was much easier than before. His blood shed replaced the blood shed we would receive after death.

And about other religions, God told us to be tolerant of other religions and not to judge them. You have to remember that God thinks on a level that we cant comprehend. He told us not to judge them, that we don't know who is going to heaven and who is going to hell, that its up to him. But that one thing is certain. Whoever comes to the lord through Jesus will be saved.

And now you think, well that gives you a free pass to sin all you want and still go to heaven! But it doesn't. Because once you really take Jesus into your life, you want to walk the path of righteousness. You have a conscience like you've never had before. Its because he really does come into your very soul and take it over.

Really...You actually believe there is a heaven and a hell? Where is it? How come God never mentions in Genesis he created heaven and hell? Is it because heaven and hell were invented after Jesus appeared in history and his followers creating the first church needed something to spread fear to new converts. Really? Heaven and hell? Is this the best they could come up with? Jews don't believe in heaven or hell. So where did Abraham go if there is no heaven and hell?

ray most of the Christians I know are the most streetwise people you will find. ray there are Crips and Bloods in LA who are Christians who are killing each other right now. They have strayed from the Lord. They have not lost salvation though, if it was real when they accepted him as their savior.

They come from a different culture than I do. If they really are Christians though they will regret it deeply. So much so that they will stop it eventually and start doing the right thing. Or they will die first and have to answer to God. They will answer to God IN HEAVEN though. Very different than being apart from him and having the devil on you 24/7 for eternity.

Pavy Jesus was a Jew. He was accepted by some (who of course became the first Christians) and rejected by others. The Jews are still waiting for their Messiah to come. To Christians, that messiah has already come. Its Jesus. So when the devil tried to take over Gods throne and was thrown into hell for eternity, PERHAPS (not sure again not a preacher) he was there by himself until Jesus died on the cross AKA AROUND WHEN THE NEW TESTAMENT BEGINS. Believe it or not Pavy but many things concerning God and his actions are complicated beyond what humans can understand. All there is to know is that there is love and nothing but good intentions behind his actions. Here is something that you can read and it will explain it better than I can. Remember, Judaism and Christianity are 2 seperate religions but very related. Read this and you will have a better understanding.

    http://aggreen.net/beliefs/heaven_hell.html

Its hard because you dont believe in God and I do. If you believe in God, you know that he thinks on a different level than people. He has perfect "thoughts". Hell is brought up in the old Testament. But when Jesus died on the cross many things changed. Heaven and hell may have been 2 of the many things that changed.

His thought was not through the roof smitch. Hell is mentioned and talked about in the old Testament.

I wish I could have my preacher here. He would answer all these questions with scripture and earthly fact, and put you all at ease with this.

Heck my neighbor could answer it all. 3 of the 4 neighbors I have could do this.

And believe it or not, Abraham and those that were alive before Jesus came received special treatment by God. It is to my understanding that they are "asleep" until Jesus comes the 2nd time. At that time, because of his grand entrance to the earth (he and his army will literally come down from the sky to defeat the devil who is reigning over Earth) and set up his throne in Jerusalem where he will rule for many years.

At some point early believers or Jews (those before Jesus) will rise from their sleep and be brought to heaven. That is what I seem to remember from my younger years when I had a much more keen knowledge of the subject.

Anyway, LOL, this is what I came here not to do. Obviously Pavy you have spent time researching to try to defy what God has laid out as the master plan. I will have you in my prayers, my child who is 2 years old and I will actually pray for you before bed tonight.

I am done here. Again I am not a biblical scholar, but all things questioning God and Jesus can and are shot down with fact. I just dont have all the facts, I did not go to monastery school. I have been shown many things tougher than what I have been asked on message boards and I write them down and they all are answered in time. So many of them that I have stopped writing them down because I know the answer is there.

"As to the book called the Bible, it is blasphemy to call it the Word of God. It is a book of lies and contradictions, and a history of bad times and bad men. There are but a few good characters in the whole book. The fable of Christ and his twelve apostles, which is a parody on the sun and the twelve signs of the zodiac, copied from the ancient religions of the eastern world, is the least hurtful part." - Thomas Paine

losturmarbles, even Charles Darwin himself turned to Christianity in his later years. The great mind of evolution finally came to the same conclusion which is the fact that all non-Christian scientists struggle and gnash teeth over:

"All living cells come from another living cell" (so of course where did the first LIVING CELL come from, what gave it life?) and "where did the first atom come from if not created"

That is "through the roof". It is scientific fact that there has to be a God.

wileout, i believe in god. or a creator. but i only believe this because i choose to. not because there is any evidence of a god other than our existence. and certainly not because a book written and edited by man tells me so. and whether or not i believe in god is irrelevant.

but the problem comes in when you believe christ is god. it's one thing to believe in a creator, and another to believe man as god, sent to earth and sacrificed to save you from god's wrath.

boggles the mind what smart, intelligent people will believe. dated a mormon chick in h.s. and to this day i can remember the exact conversation when we broke up...

her...ray, we shouldnt date much longer. we could never get married, i have to marry a mormon.
me... you are probably right. since you have already sinned bigtime, we should just fukk on the side and not date
her...marriage lasts forever and when we die,if you arent mormon, we wont be together in the afterlife
me...whats this have to do with me getting pussy a few days a week?
her...i will be go to a higher celestial level when i die.
me...you mean that place has levels? you realize your religion is more fukt up than most

people either have good morals or they dont. if worshipping god helps you to be a better person with better morals, more power to you. the idea that people will die in different ways and their souls go to different places is nothing more than brainwash material that nobody can ever prove to be true. hell, there are 5 churches within a 3 mile radius of my house. i need to rethink my line of work cus these guys are gettin rich of the gullible

It is funny the way people think sometimes.

The bottom line is everyone is going to die and every one needs their sins forgiven otherwise we perish in our sins.

I'm thankful we have a person in the name of Christ who has paid the price for sins, for those who care to accept it.

really? That's the bottom line? I would think that the bottom line would be that no matter what or who you believe in, you should try to be a decent person to those you come into contact with while on this trainwreck journey we call life. But then again you bible thumpers are always right, huh?
