maxthon is a lot quicker and way more user friendly
As a gambling browser it is much better than firefox
Firefox has way too many non compatible issues

Thats funny. I dont have a problem. When I get the extensions I need. I think its a "user" issue.Originally Posted by jjgold
Maxthon is just as sluggish as IE. Its just a skin, and extra features for IE. You might as well use IE7 now, since it has tabs, with all the holes as ever.
Please keep your Firefox slamming to another thread, as this one is for the dominate browser extensions.![]()

Firefox slows my computer PC to a crawl, Maxthon does not and takes up very few system resources vs any other browser , I have used them all too.
Way to many holes in firefox.
I pass

I have just briefly compared the two with my 8 windows open
speed=same
user friendly=maxthon, tabs load exactly in my order and and exactly the name on want on each tab with custom auto reload for each tab. With firefox too complicated to achieve this.
Youbet my horse book=INCOMPATIBLE with firefox, lol and that is only one site I found must be tons more like that.
Maxthon is the most underrated browser ever
Firefox=netscape browser without all the crap

Have you downloaded and installed the IE Tab extension?
I have used Maxthon before using Firefox, and it is not the better of the two, in my experience.
You will still get attacked by viruses on websites that go after Internet Explorer, when using Maxthon. So use that unsecure browser all you want. Your choice.![]()

Yes
How do you save tabs with your own naming? What extension?

Does this (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2987/previews/) not fit the bill?![]()

I havent had the need to rename my tabs, so havent searched for one. I dont need to hide anything around here.Originally Posted by jjgold

Why would you not want to rename a tab?
I do not want to see a tab for bodog 15 words, I want to see the name bodog only on everyone of their web pages and maxthon does this

Its really not that big of a deal for me. Doesnt bother me. Im not going to switch from a superior browser because I can not rename a tab. Hell, there is probably a extension for it, I just havent looked.Originally Posted by jjgold
