I understand and don't deny that what he did was a punishable offense by any community standard, public information and personal threats should not be tolerated.

However, internet harassment of this level is not an offense that will support a cognizable claim, it simply is not. I'm not here to argue with you and if you say you have friends that deal with this so be it, remember I agree that the banning was appropriate.

Obviously, crimes can be perpetrated on the internet. Show me where the types of actions that took place last night rise to the level of internet crimes that the FBI is there concerned with. Please.

agreed, i am saying if he wants to try anything MORE, outside of here, as he threatened to do, then i will use every means at my disposal to see he pays for it.
