    Default Cris and Diamond problems

with all of this chatter about Cris and Diamond deleting bets after they are made, what shall we do to help defend ourselves if this happens? I have yet to have it happen but i made about 4K in wagers over the weekend in Diamond and it scares me to think that I might not have been paid if they would have deleted them. lucky for me, they all won and it showed up in my account but it scares me to think that a book like these guys could do that. i did do screen prints of my transactions but i don't know if this would hold up or not if it came down to me vs. them. anyone from SBR looking into this and is there anything else I should do to protect my bets once they are made? thanks

Just check the open bets always, if they are there all is fine.
The problem i described in that other thread was, that after i confirmed my password the screen showed the bet as accepted.
But it wasnt there when i looked later.

And yep, the first time this happened i didnt double check because I went on to other lines/book fast...
So its only a problem if you dont make sure its there after you confirmed. Still this shouldnt happen at such a book.

I don't think Cris deletes accepted bets. It is probably a bug in the software that some bets appeared accepted but actually not. Like Yoshi said, if you check Open Bets immediately, any open bets listed there will be fine.

Correct.. cris changed my bet from what I confirmed on and Mansion just plain cancelled my bet. The issue w/ Mansion has not been resolved yet financially. Though I haven't had a bet cancelled since 2 weeks ago.
