Just when things were starting to get back to normal, yet again another out of control fire. We have had 5 huge fires in the last 2 years. This one is going to be another huge one. There are already many evacuations.

This is crazy my Dad's house just got evacuated, he just got the reverse 911 call. This is insane, I can see the flames.

talked to my uncle in san diego today. he said that last year, they were asked to curb water usage by 20%. tough to do considering you need to water the yard and flowers and shit, but he said they managed. now, the city govt. sent out a letter telling them that if they dont cut it 20% more, they will be fined. so essentially, the govt is telling people that if they dont cut water usage by 40% from this time last year, they will slap a huge fine of them. (this might be state wide, i cant remember) they are always within a few miles of some fires every year too. fukk living out west
