    yep, the college coaches spotlight. i watch that myself all the time as well as the NFL monday press conferences.

    ESPN news is always good too if you can watch all day and night with ticker on bottom and I think that ticker is free to download on the ESPN website.

    Yeah, especailly when the players want to fight before a MNF game and get kicked out of the game before it starts.

    That helped alot, and wouldnt of known about unless you were watching the pregame show on ESPN that night.
