    I'm assuming you are a VIP member as well. That VIP label hasn't been anything beneficial for me either when dealing with them.

    Because I am a VIP, after 38 minutes when an operator finally was able to join the chat, he asked me my "secret question" and then proceeded to tell me that he would put me in touch with a VIP operator. It took another 7 minutes for the VIP individual to make it to the chat. Now that's VIP treatment. Well done, Neteller.

    The phone is great until you need to have history on the conversation that is taking place, and believe me with Neteller there are times when you definitely need to keep the transcript. It's just a bunch of monkeys running around over there.

    I just got the survey today, opened it up, saw it was in 3 parts, so will do it later. Too exhausted even to take part in that at the moment
