This sportsbook is owned by a company that has a registered address in Manchester, England and yet advertises its wares in u.s dollars, clearly aiming at the American market.

Seems a very new book to me, as it is virtually unheard of. However it should still be subject to U.K. law and as such can be sued in the courts for any non-payment of winnings.

Whilst it is obviously wrong that anyone should steal, I am finding increasingly difficult to have sympathy for those that decide to play with this type of book.

I am guessing the the OP is European, as such you have the choice of literally hundreds of reputable books to play with. Why (just give me one reason) would you choose Betcities? For a 10% bonus?

Playing at this type of book you should feel lucky that you even got your deposits back.
