What the best book for selling points like if I had Denver +7 and wanted them +3, whats the best book for that.

I think Pinnacle typically has adjusted spreads for the primetime games. They would be the first choice, but do a little line shopping between them, CRIS, and the Greek, though I think the majority of time that would be a waste of your time.

To my knowledge, only Pinnacle lets you sell half-points at any price remotely close to "fair". You can't go from -3 to -7, but I think 3-5 is typical.
