Thumbs up Thank You Bill Dozer

This is my formal thank you to Bill and SBR

One of the book I used deactivated my account after 2 winning wagers and refunded my own money only. I got on live chat with them and I was told there is nothing I can do about. I immediately contacted Bill to get some help. Sure enough the book paid out my winnings.

This is great what Bill and SBR is doing. I have been spreading the good words about SBR ever since I joined and will continue to do so without any hesitation whatsoever.

Thank you Bill, Thank you SBR

    Hello pags11 and everyone,

Thanks guys. It was great to have someone like Bill. I feel much more comfortable dealing with books with this sort of back up.

I thought it was a quality book. Even now I still think it is. Not too sure if I should mention the name here. Perhaps BBD or Bill can answer this one for me

This forum is about exposing good and bad books. I can't believe we are hiding the name of the book. That is fucken bullshit. If they (the book) has attempted to screw the player. Then what kind of forum is this, if we hide the name of the book.Come on Bill Dozer, have some balls and tell us the name.

Take it easy there. I just want to leave that to Bill. Bill never said anything yet. Bill has more than balls I think. Go Bill.

"Good work Bill" You got to be kidding me.

If they did it once , be sure they will do it again. Sooner or later the player will get ******.

The important thing here is that a book tried to screw a player, not that he got paid. There was an attempt by a book to **** a player.
Maybe you will be the next , and this time Bill cant get you the money. Would you like that ? There are no guarantees on this site. Do you see any money back guarantees from SBR? I am not shitting on anyone, I just feel we should know what is going on and where.

Bill calls up one of his contacts at the specific book and tells them that SBR is aware of a payment complaint by one of their players who happens to be a SBR user. The operations staff at the book in question become immensely fearful that their payment difficulties are about to be exposed on the most widely read and respected watchdog site in the industry, and they realize that they need to pay immediately instead of facing a situation where players shun them and they have to close down.

This is why everyone who uses this site should be thankful that SBR is a respectable organization in a shady industry. SBR does more to keep the books honest than any other entity I can think of. Thanks, Bill and everyone else who makes SBR what it is.

You are welcome guys. Your support of SBR and our continuously growing audience is what gives SBR the ability to work for the player. Every piece of info or feedback helps SBR get stronger and gives the next slow-paid player a better chance.

    The book was BetUSA.

Thanks Bill Dozer for naming the sportsbook. Thats what this site is about. SBR will continue to grow as a respected site that players can look to for info on off-shore sportsbooks.

Just to give BetUSA a fair shake. Did they offer any explanation why they cancelled two wagers after they won, and closed the players account?

We will always name the book unless the player requests we don't. The first priority is the player getting his money.

BetUSA uses SBT's accounting and CS. It's a turnkey setup. What will happen is that the player may be told he can't play at SBT-serviced books, or so they say. He might end up winning at another, such as BetUSA or Gambling.net.

BetUSA probably doesn't want me to say this because players may be more apt to take a shot but, they believe that if you book it, you pay it.

Even though these folks have been honorable since first rated by SBR, we recently downgraded them to B- due to the potential for Sportingbet to make bad initial decisions.

Sportingbet themselves, cleaned up some of their book's messes during our last visit and more issues are being reassessed. Getting things done there is challenging. It might take another visit.

    Bill,

why do you think other sites out there let betusa advertise with them, especially since they have to have an idea that betusa isn't a great book?...

but BetUSA is an improvement compared to the books on many of the gaming sites this time around. It's a decent book for people who know what to do when Sportingbet knocks em around. The problem is when SBT gets to make decisions on the accounts and BetUS Mgt/CS, which is supposed to see everything that comes through the email, doesn't see it.

BetUSA has gone far out of its way to pay players when all other SBT books weren't but they need to eliminate this liability. Either Sportingbet as a whole will fix the process or BetUSA will have to make sure they have a better alert system telling them that EFS is jacking with their player's balance.
