Moore is a walk machine and the Nats aren't too bad at drawing them (top 50% of the league in walks). Moore is .321 BA against lefties and the Nats can make at least half of their batting lineup lefties. Their lefties are their top hitters AND their lefties are hitting well against lefty pitchers. I disagree. Moore has admitted he hasn't had his best stuff all year, but he was dominant his last outing and I like that to carry over. Gio will shut the Rays down, very confident in that. 2-1 type game IMO. Originally Posted by ajcobb22

Two pitchers who can exhibit a complete lack of command at any given time in a game, one of whom is well overdue for regression and who is starting to exhibit signs thereof.
Extremely hot and humid weather will tax both these pitchers between innings 5-6 if pitch counts near 100.
