Default is betcris.com is a reliable book

Does anyone know if betcris.com is a reliable book? Do they pay customers on time, or do they scam people like betonline.com? Your responses would be appreciate. Thanks.

The entire Cris family is very reliable. They have high fees on payouts, so they aren't ideal for smaller players. However, your money is safe there.

Thanks Justin7. Would you mind telling me how much is the withdrawal fee?

They're as trustworthy as the other top-tier books (Pinnacle, the Greek, etc....) Things such as vig and withdrawal fees aren't as appealing when stacked against other books.

I'm really not sure. I know it's $100 to do a book to book transfer, and $25 to send money to another player there.

They offer several different withdrawal methods. Fee isn't the same for each method.

As most others have noted, your funds are extremely safe there. However, jaw-dropping transfer fees make them not nearly as attractive as other top tier books. Money-gouge doesn't even remotely begin to describe it.

Mentioning Cris in the same sentence as Betonline is unjust.Cris/Bookmaker is rock solid.

Just donīt expect good customer service, or fair payout fees.
But they are a must-have for serious US sports bettors.

There are two important things in any sportsbook in my opinion:
    Money safety
    Customer Service

I was told by the manager, or one of the managers, THAT WHATEVER IS SAID BY CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT COUNT.

We cannot say something is good if the costumer service is bad/worthless, you simply can't.

I like them for a ton of reasons. Transfer fees are not one of them. But I don't know a single serious player that doesn't have an account with them.

The big 3- Greek, Pinny and Cris - all experiment with new things. These are free money for the taking, and they don't mind losing it.

Cris has openers. They aren't afraid of sharps, and they will take big bets.

They told me in a thread here a few months back that they did offer a free moneybookers every month now.

They get the best early line there often.
The cash is safe, and it takes a lot to get limited.

Whatīs so hard to understand? Itīs a must-have for U.S. sports, if you cannot see that you have some things to learn i guess.

    Maybe Casi.
I used them 6 month. But american sports are stupid to make money. For me they are useless.

For me this book is a waste of time.

And because of their horrible withdrawal fees also a waste of money

Any non-US player can get up to $2,500 Moneybookers or Neteller withdrawal without fee every friday. If you want to pull out more, you can either pay fees or take $2,500 chunks once a week. Not bad IMO.

Customer service can be hit and miss, but depending on the cs representative, sometimes you'll get fine and knowledgeable service. It might be hard to get reply with email, but they've got live chat. They're really not that bad on CS department.

Anyways, they do have lots of things that make them very good book IMO. High vig on many markets doesn't matter so much, when they have some original pricing, early lines with good limits, good parlay and teaser options etc.

I used them for a little over a year back in the day, and had no problem with them. I think I stopped using them because I got caught up using BetJam and I have never been one to have a lot of books going at once. I don't recall ever having any problems with them though. I did get a free mouse pad from them..that was cool.

    BS

I don't like repeating my self, but CS is not in any way a reliable on BetCris, and in no way they take responsibility for what CS says.

This was told by on of the managers....

I read the thread with your problem. They sure did very bad job on your case, assuring the line is correct, but it should also have been quite clear to you this might happen, as you were clearly betting a bad off-market line. Shit happens. Most bookies have some rare ****ups.

Customer service is maybe the least important factor with books anyway. As long as I can bet and put money in and out, there's very rarely any need to contact them. I probably haven't talked to them in a year even If i bet there regularly.
