When the federal government comes after someone their conversion rate on prosecutions is very, very high. They must have a ton on him. He's buried. All that bravado about how he proved himself to be innocent, they will chop it down slowly and thoroughly. This will be a real chit show, sit back and enjoy.
Ass for Clemens, same deal and agreed on him being a total psycho, I used to be a fan too. Admit you did it and move on with your life. I mean come on.
Lance figured it out a long time ago, as long as you take the stuff and elevate your levels BEFORE they test and get a base line then you have to stay on it to appear 'normal'. So he never got tested when he was not cheating. So he can go on and on about how he never cheated when the truth is he never walked around 'straight'. I wouldnt doubt he is doing the same stuff now even at his age and goofing around in triathlons against joe smoe from down the street.
Bottom line is most cyclist cheat. Irony is they really dont have to. Bike races come down to 2 things and 2 things only. The time trial portion and the last 300 yards. Even that last 300 yards are nearly meaningless in the overall scoring since as long as you are within a kilometer and a half (almost a mile and can be around 2 and a half to 3 minutes for a normal stage of a race) or so of the pelaton you get the same time. So that last dash sprint is generally for the jersey. Time trials are the part where guys really separate themselves and where Armstrong dominated and the reason why he won so many. That is you, with no team out going as fast as you can solo, and the spot where all those drugs and enhancements really separates you.
But I doubt Armstrong has drawn a breath where he didnt have something 'illegal' coursing through his system in probably 25-30 years.

In regards to Armstrong and Clemens.
If everyone is cheating then are you cheating? Every fuking cyclist is doping. Some better than others. Every MLB lineup Clemens faced was stacked with guys using performance enhancers. I'd say these guys were competing on a pretty level playing field.
Armstrong and Clemens are both cheats. Fukk em both.
