    Default Anybody Get This E-Mail From BetRoyal?

    Hi,This is Chester, back again at the helm of BetRoyal. Most of you may remember that I was the original founder - the one who took BetRoyal to most favored status. I left BetRoyal in 2001 for personal reasons and since that time Royal ownership changed hands twice. The present ownership is a well established and well funded group who pioneered the online casino industry as it emerged in the 90s.     Hey everyone,

    I just wanted to keep everyone posted about the Royal bailout that I have recieved. Chester and Royal bailed me out of both the Bet4aces and NoJuice disaster for quite a LARGE sum. The rollover was high but I just completed it and have now talked to Chester about getting some of it paid out. He is arranging it as we speak. I am keeping a balance there and will continue to play there.

    I DO NOT WORK FOR ROYAL.

    I am just a dumb shmuck for getting sucked into those 2 books. It looked like I was going to lose everything as a result of my greed. Thanks again to Chester and Royal for saving my bacon.

    I will keep everyone posted as to the payouts and how they are being handled. I am just glad to be out of that freakin mess.

    I have been playing at Royal for over a year now and I have ALWAYS gotten paid. I am sure glad that SOMEONE stepped up and helped with suck a bad situation

    Good luck to anyone else who was in the same boat.

    The under may have some value as many of these emails might have been sent straight to the bulk/spam folders, which in turn go straight to the trash without ever being read.

    Chester is going to take his lumps in the forum for the 'Chester: The Resurrection' campaign. To his credit, he is on top of the immediate issues pretty quick. It's been easy addressing player complaints the last few months and he's made sure nothing news worthy slips through the cracks. Of course with the praise of management, it also has to be noted that when push comes to shove, it's not his wallet.

    This is typical deceptive marketing. Chester are you deceptive and not to be trusted?

    See they could tell the truth and say we are writing everyone to give them Chester's message. But they chose to lie because it might offer a bit more of an angle. Will they also steal if that offers a bit more of an angle?

    Chester and Royal bailed me out as well in the NJ / Bet4Aces downfall. I completed my rollover and got paid immediately. Hey, I know their past. But are we not here to praise and bitch about books. In this case I am praising.

    John, please understand I am fighting the battle in both directions, upward and downward. The odds are not good, but I also must take responsibility as I am the original creator of what turned out to be a mess. Item by item, I will work towards ultimate resolution - mark these words, ressurect this post over and over - see that it happens.

    As to this e-mail, here is what I posted on EOG - and in this case, I can assure you that the fireworks you see on the two forums was nothing compared to what happened internally when this screw up came forth.

    I went through several dozen accounts that I remembered were good accounts back in the early days. The list came to 53. I wrote and sent that e-mail. I received 27 back as "bad e-mail addresses." I got zero replies from the ones that went through and am not surprised. A week and a half later, someone in the casino division asked me if I would mind that they sent the e-mail to some selected customers from that side. At first I said no, then said yes. I failed to re-read it which was my mistake. If I had, I would have removed the "50 e-mail" business.

    We are under tremendous pressure to turn BetRoyal around. And this comes from the competition as well as from above. At the same time, my process for doing this requires a complete change in strategy, policies, proceedures, etc. and this will take time to fully implement. In the meantime, some old, bad habits of which I do not support much less have enacted have still emerged from Royal. What has not happened is that not one single player since my arrival, July 1, has been intentionally slow paid. In addition, several other measures have been enacted which will show, in time, that Royal can again attain its former standards.

    I got an e-mail from BetJamaica today. It had a list of 36 reasons why someone should play there. They are all valid and (since I know Scotty since I saw his diapers changed) I know also to be the truth. This is now my bar (and beyond). We will not stop with every effort possible to attain this bar. This includes an honest apology for a screw up (no matter how innocent) such as what ended up happening with this e-mail.

    But also rest assured that this company is NOT (at this time and as long as I am involved) in any way a scam. And I will remain until the reputation of this company, once again and fully is returned to the status we acheived in the late 90s and early 2000s.

    The casino division sent this e-mail to every customer in the entire Royal database. I guess I did not make that clear. It was a mistake and will not happen again under my watch.

    Regarding what may have ranged from errors to outright lies made by predesessors is not the mode of operation around here now under my watch. We may make mistakes, we will not lie.
    I would suspect this will take some time for the gambling community to believe.

    Is my task a tall one? Yes. No one will be able to find any inconsistency in what I say nor what I do nor how I back up my words and that is what is being instilled here at Royal as it was when the company was created and as it was for its first 5 years.

    When that has happened and for the necessary length of time anyone may require (even if its never) in the cases where you have seen this, hopefully some of you will mention it.

    Realize the ownership is intelligent enough to know it has made a few mistakes to say the least. If this last measure of bringing me in is not supported, what do you think the future will be for Royal?

    Chester and Royal bailed me out from Bet4Aces. (I was stupid enough to trust TOW). They didn't have to help me and I am very grateful to them.

    I haven't tried to take a payout from Royal yet but I will always leave a balance and play there. As I say, very grateful.
