Is it safe to bet in a casino of a highly rated sportsbook? Is there a way the roll of the dice can be manipulated by the sportsbook?
Thanks

Lets put it this way how do you know are u there in front of the dealer watching him shuffle a deck???? I wouldnt trust a sports book on-line casino even with an A+++++++++++++++++++ rating. If u want to play the tables walk into a casino.

A reputable sprtsbook has no reason to try to fix casino games where they have an advantage anyway. Plus, most are regulated to ensure players' trust.
As Happy said, if you have casino access, take that route, but if not, I would trust a repected online casino. I personally don't play casino games, but its not for lack of trust.

Bedada,
You should expect the same level of CS and payout reliability but the ratings do not take casino software into account and we do not audit their table games. You could get that kind of info at a site like Wizardofodds.com or Casinomeister.com.

I am sure the big sites are not rigged but it is very dificult to win. Play with caution.

If a casino is an option ask them to disable it. Pinnacle has the best odds for any sportsbook casino, but that isn't saying much. Just stay away if you can.
