Hi everybody, this is my very first post here, since I dont come here to often.
I've been playing with ezstreetsports for almost a year now, and I like them, I have requested and received payouts from them several times and a few times even for free.
But, I received a call today from a girl who's name was Lisa, she called me basically to ask me to send money. I use to deal with a really nice guys who was my account manager, and he called a few days ago saying that the entire sales depart was unfairly fired without notice or anything, he is at another book, and I decided to go with him as I like to deal with him, I like the guy, so I told Lisa this when she call me, and I told her please do not call me again as im in Costa Rica visiting for a few days and this call is extremely expensive for me, she says ok and hung up. She calls me 15 minutes later to tell me that that agent is a scammer and that he is trying to steel my money. I've been playing there for over a week and even requested a payout 3 days ago, and I received my payout yesterday, a small one but still, I received it.
I think it is very nonprofessional from easy street to have their new agent call me to say bad things about this guys, I spoke to my guy and he told me that the new sales manager who is also the affiliate manager at ez is a well known scammer how used to steel the players info sell it to sweep takes scamming companies.
I dont want anybody steeling my money, and im pretty sure my guy is not doing it, im more worried about that "sales manager" steeling my info and selling it to scammers.
And I certainly think is nonprofessional to have their agents call me and say something like that.

Easystreetsports ripped me off for $300 last football season, they kept calling and pitching a 100% bonus, i joined, hit my first four bets and was up about $320, the next day they closed my account and said my $320 would be nulified because management decided i was a non rec player. It took 3 weeks to get my deposit back, i won't forget you ezstreet

Is this guy R.T? I see I have some e-mails from a guy who moved from EZ to another book.

Is it not unprofessional -and maybe even theft - if an employee brings with him player lists from one book to another? I appreciate that it is not as bad as selling customer information to scam operations (as you say the new guy at EZ did/does), but it is very unprofessional behavior.

I thought about it, but in their rules they have the right to close out , at their discrection anyone they think is a non rec player, they will use that rule to steal from anyone who gets hot, look at their rating "D", i should have known.

I agree , if they had stolen more than the $300 in winnings, I would have definitely filed a complaint, I could tell by the way their CS kept me oh hold for a half hour that they were not very concerned about customer satisfaction.

Been using them for a few months now from being recommended by posters here, and have used the cashout system multiple times which is fast, great lines and great bonus. Hard to believe when people call them scammers, when never a late payment or issue for good amounts. Almost forget to mention free p2p payouts every week.

I agree with legion. i've been using them since football season and had multiple free payouts. my current balance is decent size because i use them a lot for baseball and i feel pretty comfortable with them.

Go ahead and believe what u want but i have first hand experience with this book and to be honest like i said before its hard for me to believe a known scammer versus a book that has paid me withe ease. Also lately i have been trying out various books and im coming to the realization that the ratings here are flawed and Easystreets rating is way to low for what i have gotten out of it so far.

I'm not going to excuse what happened to Cory, but I know of no other Book that was more severely penalized by a single complaint. This was a C+ Book with much promise beforehand and they dropped all the way to a D afterward. Overkill IMO. I was treated fairly when I played at EZ, collecting several free payouts. Still a C level Book in my view.

I had a negative experience once with these guys... They fixed it in the end but it was the way they handled it that made me want to stay away from them. I had a bet on a German match (Schalke) and for some reason the match was abandoned.... some trouble with the crowd maybe, cannot remember. But it was in like the very last two minutes or so of the game. The bet was graded NO ACTION and money returned. I livechatted and asked "wtf??"... They said "Don Best said it was no action" or something to that effect and told me to e-mail so that they could look into it. I countered that DB is not the governing body of EZstreet, it is their own house rules that govern bets.

Admittedly, EZ did not have any rules whatsoever that were specific for football (soccer). They had a lot for the american sports, golf, boxing etc... then they had a category for "other sports". In that box it said that if a match is abandoned and there is less than 5 minutes left, then the bet can be graded as a finished match.

But between e-mails and livechats they actually changed their rules. They added a category specific for soccer rules that of course gave them the right to no action my wager. I informed them that I had observed this, but they dismissed me completely. One of the guys, Ed, wrote " we are not going to change the rules for one game, it s been always there, if the match does not complete the 90 minutes the bet will be no action, simple"

As reference, I had the same bet on at Bluesquare and they paid up. I would have been happy to accept a NO ACTION from EZ if their rules actually.

Google Cache (takes snapshots of websites) proved that they did not have soccer rules. I also took screenshots which documented their progress in adding a category for soccer rules. Take a look at the first pic:

It is not easy to spot.... but look at the soccer category. Is something different about the word "Soccer" than the other categories - look closely! In the first screenshot I have also documented when the page was last changed (Sist endret), and that was just a few minutes after me questioning them no actioning my bet. A little while later they changed the font on the "soccer" category so that it would match the other categories. The buffered site on google is unfortunately unavailable now as it is some time since this happened.

I do not doubt that EZ were consistent/are consistent in their wagering rules. I honestly believe that their practice was to no action soccer bets if Don Best said that it was a void. The rules were always the same like Ed said, but they had different rules on the site. Maybe I am naive?

All in all I think ez is a book where you will be alright if you know what you are doing and not go out of your way by being non-recreational. I do not really have any hard feelings and may go back if they add ewallets as a deposit method again (even if it is through ***********).

Heres my new plan.

Take shots at all books that are rated c+ or worse. Then when I hit it big and they dont pay, I will file a complaint with SBR. Then one of two things will happen, either they pay protection money to SBR and settle with me or they don't pay SBR and SBR publicly backs me while dragging their name through the mud as an example of why they shouldve paid them their dues. Then they'll be downgraded.

Has this evr happened before? Or am I the first to think of it?
