I think its a major security flaw when you can't change your password online and have to call a clerk do it. Even in online chat they want your password and i was asking a question that was not specific to my account and was just a generic question about the site. The clerk in online chat refuse to help me and said no help could be given unless I provided acc# and password. I said thanks but I would rather it go unanswered than. I would never keep much money in a book that has security like this. I know there are probably countless people that can access my password on all sites but i figure you might as well do what you can to reduce the risk. I know they have to verify who i am but i feel its a must to give the customer the ability to change it online. Reminds me of a pokerroom i used to use, i once called them to get my password and they only asked my address and phone number than gave it to me over the phone.
