Paid advertising opportunities for sportsbooks are only available on www.SBRforum.com and www.sbrodds.com ... a book cannot buy advertising or ratings on www.SportsBookReview.com (SBR).

To differentiate between an "A+" and an "A", SBR takes into account a number of factors across four main evaluation categories. Click here to learn more about the SBR rating process.

Go to the SBR Rating Guide for a detailed explanation of what each letter grade represents.

This is the only site I know of that money does not influence sportsbook ratings. All the other sites is whoever pays for ad space they automatically become a solid book. Secondly as you can see the SBR forum and SBR line service advertisers are top flight books only. They do not take on any 2nd tier books.

Two sites that come to mind that use this sick greedy practice is EOG and majorwager.

    There slogans are both

    "show me the money"

To sponsor this forum or to display lines on SBRLines, books are required to pay a monthly advertising fee which is comparable to say a covers.com. We will not allow a book rated under a B to advertise with us. No book under an A- is allowed to sponsor a contest and no book with any grade is allowed to pitch a forum deal or use our name in a promotion. We dont share email addys or market by email either.

We have missed a lot of money over the years by following some common sense guidelines. In the same breath I think we have done pretty well because of them too.

Has SBR ever taken on a book that has screwed players, or gone bankrupt?

We have never had a paid advertiser that has had any trouble. A few years ago before we had a paid advertising forum and a lines site we had a book named BetPanam rated as high as B+ that went bellyup. And before that before we had the A-F rating system we had a book that was as high as 12th(back in those days we had a top 20), go bankrupt.

What answer did YOU not get? If you're interested in advertising on http://www.sbrodds.com/ and/or SBRforum.com, feel free to contact me by email or PM ... I'll direct your inquiry appropriately. If you are a sportsbook, you cannot advertise on SportsbookReview.com (SBR). Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Sorry 782, we are not allowed to give our advertising rates to anyone but the sponsors. Its kind one of those 'on a need to know basis only'. Kind of silly really but the boss can be quite the azz.

    Its about $65,000 a month

SBR ranks in the top 4 gambling portals in the world

    Covers, Vegas Insider type hits

SBR sends tons of players to books, most others forums send very few

65,000, Thats All!!! I thought it was way more than that. I guess you learn something new everyday.

It really depends on what comparable category you put SBR into. Both DonBest and VegasInsider are bigger as well as others like scoresandodds.com, covers, TheRx, ect.

We want to compete in that sports information segment and we will. We have only been in that area for a couple of years with sites like http://www.sbrodds.com/. In the Player Advocate category I think the numbers prove there is not a close second but the category is quite small.

I am surprised scores and odds is that big, they do not seem though to advertise much. Vegas Insider is huge, Jim Feist is pretty big also.

You want the real story? Getting constanly rejected from 15,000 girls on campus has seriously f-ed my head up but it has allowed me to see the truth about SBR.

So, why has Mansion been downgraded?

Mansion didn't want to pay their fees and so they were downgraded. And about these "stories" about "missing" bets? They didn't happen. They're a made-up tissue of lies by SBR. Slash is Mansion's only customer so if he hasn't been experiencing any problems then there are no problems. Fact.

A lot of what I say on here is not popular and I've even been threatned by a mod to stop talking or else. Even before typing this post, I've already gotten PMs from members to congratulate me for this post and who thank me for speaking truth to power and think I am very brave and admire the work I do on behalf of the player. I like to consider myself the voice of conscience on here.

Anyway, I must be going now since nurse says my tea is ready. I'll be walking around campus later on impressing the ladies with my SIA cap. Maybe I can spy on the girls in their dorms despite those restraining orders.

Never understood the + or - distinction either.

A, B, C and X would be good enough, IMHO

    X = Stay away

    Safety is 1st
    Lines/juice is 2nd
    C/S is 3rd

The list is a short one these days.
