    Default To M. Dozer or anyone who has the power to shake things up

    my concern is with unibet.com.

    As a new member of their site, i had access to a promotion, which is a 100% bonus up to 30 euros. which means, if i make a deposit of 30 euros, i will get 30 euros absolutely free. Earlier today, i made a deposit of 30 euros on my unibet account and to my surprise, no bonus was credited in my account. Yet the promotion clearly says that the new costumer will get the bonus immediately in his account.

    so, i don't know what to think about that. why they didn't credit the bonus?

    anyone has an explain for this?

    Try calling them or going on livechat to speak to a specific person, I always find it the best way whatever the company.

    Good suggestions. I will phone them if they have a toll free number. right now the only way i found to contact them is by e-mail. i did not see a live chat service on the website.

    Maybe this is one of those wonderful places where they are not legally allowed to discuss player accounts even with the players' themselves.
